Tickets in your brand
The buyer pays on your page, gets their QR instantly and at the door it's validated on a phone. 3% + Stripe.
How it works →Sell direct to your own crowd for 3% — not a marketplace's 10%. Your brand on every ticket, your buyers in your list, and the money in your Stripe account the same day.
3% per ticket + Stripe's public rate. No monthly fee. No exclusivity.

How it works →Your cameras count entries and exits in real time. Auditable occupancy, no turnstiles and no building works.

Which is exactly why they'll never hand it over. Every ticket you sell through them creates a buyer who belongs to them, not to you: their email, their history, their next recommendation. You pay ~10% to rent that audience again next month.
The checkout page, the confirmation email and the ticket PDF carry your name. The buyer never sees ours — not even on their card statement.
Every buyer enters your database with their consent. Export to CSV whenever you want, no permission needed. You announce the next date yourself.
Direct charges via Stripe Connect: payments go to your account, not ours. You don't wait for anyone's post-event settlement.
How it works
01
How many dates you run, what you sell today and what you're charged. You leave with a concrete number, not a generic proposal.
02
Your brand, your type, your domain. Price tiers, capacity per tier, discount codes. You see it working before you sign anything.
03
Fifteen minutes to onboard. From then on, every ticket's money lands in your account, not ours.
04
QR ticket by email instantly, door check-in, and a dashboard with live sales. Direct phone line on event night.

No signup, no small print: the same formula we apply to our clients.
Comparison
A marketplace makes sense if what you need is discovery and you're willing to pay for it. If you already fill the room with your own community, you're paying for something you already have.

Pricing
We never advertise an "all-in" rate that doesn't hold up: Stripe's fee depends on your average order, so it always sits separately and in plain sight.

Questions
You do. We use Stripe Connect direct charges: the payment lands in your Stripe account and settles to your bank on your usual schedule. Our commission is deducted per transaction. There is no moment when your money sits in our account.
You issue refunds from the dashboard, full or partial. Because the money is in your account, you're not waiting for anyone to send it back first. We don't charge commission on refunded tickets.
Fair question. Three answers: your Stripe account is yours and keeps working without us; your buyer database is exportable to CSV at any time; and your system's code lives in a repository you can have access to. Nothing of yours is held hostage.
Because we don't hand you a template: we build your system, with your brand and your domain, and leave it running. The ones who skip setup recover it through a commission two or three times higher for years afterwards. The calculator shows how many months it takes to pay for itself.
It's a floor, not a subscription. If your 3% for the year clears €180, you never see it. It exists so a client who runs no events for 12 months still covers infrastructure and maintenance. Above roughly €6,000 in annual sales it stops applying.
No, and we don't want you choosing us for that. If your problem is that nobody knows you exist, a marketplace serves you better. Aforo is for people who already fill the room and are paying a toll to do it.
Around two weeks from having your brand assets and your Stripe onboarding. If you have a date going on sale sooner, say so in the first message and we'll reorder things.
Today Spain and Czechia, with the checkout in Spanish, English or Czech. Stripe covers the rest of the EU without changes; tax and invoicing are configured per client.
Next step
If your numbers don't add up in your favour, we'll say so in the first email. We'd rather do that than have a client who regrets it in six months.
Your details are only used to reply to you. No mailing lists, no third parties. We'll attach the numbers you put into the calculator so we can answer with something concrete. hola@aforo.events
